Petrol and Diesel prices set to rise

JOHANNESBURG - Bad news for motorists the fuel price is going up.

Both grades of petrol will increase by 27 cents a litre.

Diesel will go up by 72 cents a litre.

Illuminating Paraffin sees a 71 cents hike.

The Mineral Resources and Energy Department says crude oil prices and the Rand-Dollar exchange rate are mainly to blame for the increases.
