People's needs should be the priority - Dukwana

JOHANNESBURG - Newly elected ANC Free State Chairperson Mxolisi Dukwana says the people's needs should be the top priority.

He says leaders should lead by example and always be loyal to the people on the ground.

"You need leadership that has clarity and I hope from the branches to the province in the Free State, we will be that kind of leadership," he said.

Dukwana was elected as the provincial chairperson on Sunday after several postponements of the elective conference.
