Parliament fire | Matter postponed to 4 November

PARLIAMENT - Alleged Parliament arsonist Zandile Mafe has once again refused to appear in court.

In August, the matter was postponed as Mafe was on a hunger strike and also refused to enter the dock.

The state is on Friday expected to furnish the defence with outstanding documents for pre-trial proceedings including a crime scene investigation report and video footage.

That matter has now been postponed to 4 November.
