Pappie Mokoena elected new Mangaung mayor

BLOEMFONTEIN - Afrikan Alliance of Social Democrats leader Pappie Mokoena has been elected the new Mangaung Municipality mayor.

The metro had been without a mayor since the resignation of Mxolisi Siyonzana last month.

Siyonzana, his deputy, and the speaker were recalled, for their poor service delivery record according to the ANC.
