JOHANNESBURG - The alleged preferential treatment shown to fraud accused Thoshan Panday, at the Westville Correctional Centre has caught the attention of the Department of Correctional Services.
National Commissioner Makgothi Thobakgale has appointed an investigator, to probe and clarify the validity of the accusations.
Panday and his co-accused face charges of tax fraud and corruption related to the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
