JOHANNESBURG - Over 900 firearms and nearly 10,000 rounds of ammunition have been seized in Gauteng.
Police said 370 people have also been arrested.

All the confiscated weapons will now be tested to check if they are linked to other serious crimes.
They were seized during high-density operations, roadblocks and random stop-and-search operations.
Police say community tip-offs have also helped them recover a large number of guns.
