JOHANNESBURG - The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (Outa) believes the NPA has a strong case to put former Mineral Resources Minister, Mosebenzi Zwane, behind bars.
Zwane appeared in court alongside Ugeshni Govender who worked for Gupta-owned company, Sahara computers, and Gupta company director, Ronica Ragavan, on Wednesday.
They face charges of theft, fraud, money laundering and corruption linked to the Estina Dairy Farm project.
