JOHANNESBURG - The City of Joburg’s recent decision to impose a R200 electricity surcharge, has not gone down well with residents and civil society groups.
The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse has urged the City to reconsider the charge, and is in fact calling for it to be scrapped.
