CAPE TOWN - President Cyril Ramaphosa has been criticised for not following through on promises made.
MPs were debating his opening of Parliament address on Friday.

The EFF's Floyd Shivambu insinuated the president is living in his own fictional world.
"He even said he's going to accelerate the land distribution programme, not only to address the grave historical injustice but also to bring more producers to the agricultural sector and to make land more available for cultivation," he said.
"Is that happening? No.”
