GQEBERHA - Nigerian televangelist Timothy Omotoso, along with his co-accused Lusanda Sulani and Zukiswa Sitho, have been acquitted of all 32 charges in the long-running sexual assault, racketeering, and human trafficking case.
Judge Irma Schoeman delivered the verdict in the High Court in Gqeberha.
She found that the state failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the accused were guilty of the crimes.
