JOHANNESBURG - Parents of Noordgesig Secondary School in Soweto are taking to the streets.
This is because there is no space in the school for their children.
Inspectors shut down 13 classrooms after asbestos was found in them.
To compound matters, several more classes were damaged by a fire last year.
Parents say Basic Education has reneged on promises to provide mobile classrooms.
