JOHANNESBURG - To avoid destruction, Johannesburg's leaders need to face the people.
That's the word from Soweto Parliament president Nhlanhla Lux.
He was on the ground after municipal workers barricaded the M1 highway in Johannesburg on Thursday.
He says the mess could have been avoided had the city just engaged with workers.
