PARLIAMENT - The National Assembly will on Tuesday debate the failed extradition of the corruption-accused Gupta brothers from the United Arab Emirates.
The matter has been brought by Brett Herron from the GOOD Party.
Earlier this year, the UAE rejected South Africa's application to extradite the controversial brothers to answer to state capture crimes.
The Justice Department has launched another bid to have the Guptas brought back.
It says there will more cooperation between Pretoria and UAE prosecuting authorities.
The Guptas are accused of manipulating processes at state-owned enterprises during Jacob Zuma's presidency.
