CAPE TOWN - A top senior investigator attached to the Hawks, has linked Nafiz Modack and some of his co-accused, to three murders and one case of attempted murder.
These include the murder of Anti-Gang Unit investigator Charl Kinnear and the attempted murder of lawyer William Booth.
The court heard how Modack used "The Terrible Westsiders" gang to do his dirty work.
