N2 near KZN's Zinkwazi closed after deadly crash

JOHANNESBURG - The N2 highway near Zinkwazi in KwaZulu-Natal has been closed following a deadly crash on Monday.

Two people died when three trucks collided.  

IPSS Medical Rescue says a smaller truck was rear-ended by a larger one.

It then veered across the road, hitting a third truck head-on.

Local people looted items from the vehicles, including alcohol.

Three critically injured people have been taken to hospital.
