Mpumalanga ANC reinstates Philemon Lukhele

JOHANNESBURG - Philemon Lukhele has been reinstated as a researcher in the ANC chief whip’s office.

Lukhele was accused of complicity in the murder of EFF leader Godrich Gardee’s daughter, Hillary Gardee in 2022.

The charges were withdrawn due to a lack of evidence.

He has made his return to the office of the chief whip following disciplinary action and will continue receiving his monthly salary including any outstanding payments.
