JOHANNESBURG - The deployment of soldiers to power stations in Mpumalanga comes at a time of high stages of rolling blackouts.
It's feared this may affect tourism during the holidays and has raised anxiety among South Africans about electricity supply.
Employees at the power stations say there's deliberate sabotage of the equipment.
