Modack case transferred to Western Cape High Court

CAPE TOWN - The case against Nafiz Modack and 14 others has been transferred to the Western Cape High Court.

They're facing a long list of charges including murder, attempted murder, racketeering and money laundering.

Modack also faces a charge of murder related to the killing of top cop Charl Kinnear in 2020.

Kinnear's widow Nicolette has been frustrated by the slow pace of the trial.

She said the case has been a massive mess.

Kinnear's family is reportedly still awaiting feedback from the police.
