Mkhwebane's payout demand dismissed with costs

PRETORIA - The North Gauteng High Court has dismissed with costs former public protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane’s R10-million payout demand.

This follows her taking the Office of the Public Protector to court over a R10-million gratuity claim.

Mkhwebane was impeached by the National Assembly just before her seven-year non-renewable term as public protector ended in September last year.
