MK Party comments on court decision to dismiss bid to halt JSC sitting

JOHANNESBURG - The Judicial Service Commission will proceed with its business as scheduled.

This after the High Court in Johannesburg dismissed the MK Party's bid stop its next sitting.

The party wanted JSC activities to be suspended pending a review of John Hlophe's participation.

It says it's disappointed by the outcome of the urgent application.
