PARLIAMENT - Finance Minister, Enoch Godongwana delivered his medium-term budget speech on Wednesday afternoon and revealed a worsening budget deficit in the current financial year.

Projections show a 4.9 percent GDP deficit compared to previous estimates of 4-percent.
Godongwana said South Africa's economic and fiscal outlook remain weak.
