JOHANNESBURG - Magistrate Vivian Cronje has disputed claims that accused number two in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial Bongani Ntanzi had been injured or tortured into confessing.
She insists there was no indication he’d been assaulted.
Judge Ratha Mokgoatlheng has ruled inadmissible a recorded confession made by Bongani Ntazi.
