JOHANNESBURG - Judge Tshifhiwa Maumela says he's concerned about the ongoing delays in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial.

Tuesday, the court was supposed to resume with the cross-examination of the state’s first witness, Sergeant Thabo Mosia but there's been another delay.
Advocate Zandile Mshololo, who represents accused number five, has filed a special entry application relating to docket 375.
She says her client's been denied a fair trial.
Maumela said, "all time we utilise here is very precious. I'm sorry that I'm saying this before Thobane addresses court, but we seem to be busy with the obvious."
"Issue is about second docket not having being announced to all concerned parties sooner rather than later. Already cross examination of advocate Mshololo against Mosia has been placing a trail around second docket, if that's the case, then there's a big question of what are we doing here since yesterday."
