Meyiwa Murder Trial | Heated exchange between Thobane and Judge Maumela

JOHANNESBURG - There was an intense back-and-forth in the North Gauteng High Court between defence attorney TT Thobane and presiding Judge Tshifiwa Maumela.

This comes after Thobane had asked witness Tumelo Madlala to use his phone in court.

Madlala returned to the stand at the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial for cross-examination on Tuesday.

He was in the house the night the soccer star was shot and killed in 2014.
