EAST LONDON - Family, friends and artists will honour the life of Afropop sensation Zahara in her hometown of East London.
The multi-award winning muso died in hospital more than a week ago.
Zahara broke into the industry with her debut album 'Loliwe' which took the country by storm in 2011.
She went double platinum in just over two weeks.
Her family described her as a beacon of hope and says her music healed many souls.
Zahara's funeral will be held on Saturday.
