Mbeki: Will ANC conference provide better policies?
JOHANNESBURG - Former President Thabo Mbeki says citizens have the right to be be concerned and ask what policies and leadership will come out of the ANC's December conference.
The party is going to conference amid increasing service delivery failures and growing frustration among residents.
The former president had earlier questioned the quality of leaders within the ANC.
Mbeki says there are certain individuals who don't qualify to be part of the party's NEC.
He was addressing the Strategic Dialogue Group on the future of ANC renewal.
