JOHANNESBURG - Transport Minister, Fikile Mbalula, says an announcement regarding e-tolls will be made soon.
Mbalula is asking for patience as loose ends are wrapped up.
The minister was in Midrand, giving an update on the drivers' license backlog.
Mbalula said, "the e-tolls, we'll deal with that in October and that is what I've reported to you."
"We'll make the big announcement...just hold on...we are there with the decision about the e-tolls."
