JOHANNESBURG - The much-anticipated conference of the ANC Youth League has finally kicked off, with ANC Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula saying the youth should be allowed to elect their own leadership at their own conference.
The ANC Youth League hasn't had elected national leadership in close to a decade.
Mbalula has officially opened the conference, taking place in Nasrec.
