JOHANNESBURG - A 29-year-old who confessed to starting the Marshalltown building fire will make his first court appearance on Thursday.
He made the confession at the Commission of Inquiry into the August blaze, which killed over 70 people.

He said he was trying to dispose of the body of someone he had strangled.
The suspect faces a charge of arson, 76 charges of murder and 120 charges of attempted murder.
Bu NGOs who have been attending the inquiry say the buck shouldn’t stop with him.
