Mantashe: Eskom not operating at full capacity

CAPE TOWN - The country's continued rolling power cuts is because Eskom isn't operating at full capacity, that's the word from Minerals Resources and Energy Minister Gwede Mantashe.

Mantashe was speaking at the annual African Energy Week in Cape Town.

Sustainable energy infrastructure will come into focus at the four-day conference.
