JOHANNESBURG - Netcare 911 will be giving free CPR training to staff and residents of Robben Island.
The initiative is in honour of Mandela Day on Tuesday.
Netcare 911's Sarah Kekana and Kyleigh Rodigues said, “In honor of Nelson Mandela, we have a few initiatives happening specifically today [Tuesday]."

"We will be training staff and residents on Robben Island free of charge."
"We will be training the public and some staff at the V&A Waterfront. Its 2-hour sessions from 9 o’clock in the morning till 3 in the afternoon."
"It's 2 hours of your time you’ll be sacrificing that will one day save a person’s life. I think that really is invaluable.”
