CAPE TOWN - A Namibian national named by former spy boss Arthur Fraser as one of the people involved in the multi-million-rand cash heist at President Cyril Ramaphosa’s Phala Phala farm, was back in the Cape Town Regional Court.
Urbanus Shaumbwako was arrested at a Cape Town roadblock two years ago in possession of a dozen automatic firearms.

He’s made several court appearances in the past two years, but currently isn't facing any charges related to the Phala Phala heist.
However, his lawyer says he’s been questioned by the Hawks about the robbery.
