JOHANNESBURG - Gauteng's Human Settlements Department says it has a plan to rehouse Mamelodi flood victims.
But these plans will apply only to those who live in areas identified as a risk to life.
Last year, hundreds of families were affected by floods in the province.
The department's Tahir Sema has cautioned people against occupying vacant land, saying it's punishable by law.
