JOHANNESBURG - Former Tshwane Mayor Murunwa Makwarela has been granted R10,000 bail.
He appeared in the Specialised Commercial Crimes court in Pretoria on Monday.
He's facing fraud charges for submitting a fake insolvency rehabilitation certificate.
