Mabuyane wins bid to be excluded from SIU probe

QHEBERHA - Eastern Cape Premier Oscar Mabuyane has successfully interdicted the SIU from investigating him.

The High Court has ordered he is excluded from a probe into academic fraud at Fort Hare University.

Mabuyane is accused of being registered for a Masters degree without completing his Honours.

He has emphatically maintained his innocence.
