JOHANNESBURG - Former ANC national spokesperson and NEC member Pule Mabe has stepped aside from all party activities.
He's fighting corruption charges related to an allegedly unlawful R27-million rand tender.
But, Mabe maintains his innocence.

He and six others, including his wife, appeared in the Palm Ridge Commercial Crimes Court on Wednesday.
Mabe, who says he earns R25,000 a month, was granted bail of R30,000.
The matter is expected to resume on 25 March 2025.
