JOHANNESBURG - The ANC says they do not know the merits of the case against its deputy president, David Mabuza.
Spokesperson, Pule Mabe says the matter of the deputy president is simply a distraction.
Mabuza has been placed at the top of a list of people who are involved in various crimes including theft, fraud, perjury and intimidation.
