BLOEMFONTEIN - The High Court in Bloemfontein will hear Nandipha Magudumana's bid to have her arrest declared unlawful.
Magudumana and Thabo Bester fled the country after news of his elaborate escape broke.
Magudumana argues she was not deported from Tanzania but abducted.
She contends her continued imprisonment is in violation of the law and should be urgently resolved.
