PIETERMARITZBURG - King Misuzulu kaZwelithini will officially open the KwaZulu-Natal legislature in Pietermaritzburg.
This paves the way for Premier Nomusa Dube-Ncube to deliver the State of the Province Address on Wednesday.

The King is expected to address issues around the Ingonyama Trust.
It administers almost three million hectares of land in the province.
The Zulu monarch wants the trust to be managed by his chiefs.
