KZN police arrest three cable thieves
DURBAN - KwaZulu-Natal police spokesperson Jay Naicker says they arrested three people last week. and nearly
200 people were also arrested in the last financial year for tampering with essential infrastructure.
Two-thousand-one-hundred people were arrested for being in possession of Copper cables.
