LAMONTVILLE, KZN - The eThekwini metro has admitted that the frequency and intensity of the floods, have become unpredictable.
In the last eight years, eThekwini has suffered from destructive flooding leaving scores displaced.
But municipal authorities argue that they have got a handle over the situation, with a number of initiatives in place to minimise the impact.
