KWAZULU-NATAL - The KwaNgcolosi community in KwaZulu-Natal is concerned about children using pit toilets in their schools.
Residents say they were promised new toilets in 2016 but nothing has been done.

Their fears come after the death of Langalam Viki in the Eastern Cape earlier this month.
The young pupil died after falling into a pit toilet at Glen Grey Primary School.
The uproar following this tragedy has prompted the Basic Education Department to promise to end pit toilets at schools by 2025.
