Justice for Meyiwa | Sibiya accused of tailoring his evidence

PRETORIA - Accused one in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial, Muzi Sibiya, has been accused of fabricating and tailoring his evidence.

He’s been facing more tough questions from the state prosecutor as his multiple versions of are being put to the test.

But Sibiya is sticking to his guns that he didn’t make a confession for the footballer’s 2014 murder and was only given a document to sign.

The document reveals a murderous plot involving singer Kelly Khumalo as the mastermind behind a contractual killing.

Sibiya and accused two, Bongani Ntanzi, are contesting their confessions in a trial within a trial. They insist they were not made freely and voluntarily. Sibiya's time on the stand is not over yet, with cross-examination resuming on Wednesday.
