PRETORIA - It took police months to charge one of the accused in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial.
Bongani Ntanzi was charged four months after he allegedly confessed to the soccer star's murder.
This emerged at the trial-within-a-trial looking into the admissibility of confessions by two suspects.

Sergeant Vusimuzi Mogane was being grilled during his cross-examination on Monday.
He was questioned on the 18 hours they spent with the accused before his confession.
Mogane insists, however, that Ntanzi wanted to tell the truth soon after his arrest.
His cross-examination resumes in the High Court in Pretoria.
