PRETORIA - A cellphone analyst who investigated the devices of the people who were inside the house the night Senzo Meyiwa was murdered has admitted that there is no evidence of a conspiracy to kill the soccer star from the data he collected.
Lambertus Steyn faced tough questions from the defence on his evidence linking the suspects to Meyiwa's then-girlfriend, Kelly Khumalo.
He also conceded that Khumalo receiving a call from one of the suspects isn't a criminal offence.

Steyn also faced tough questions from accused number three's lawyers on evidence relating to a photo which shows Mthobisi Mncube with dreadlocks a day before the shooting.
His cross-examination continues on Tuesday, with another police officer also expected on the stand.
