PRETORIA - Police movements when escorting two of the accused in the Senzo Meyiwa murder remain in the spotlight in court.
This as a trial-within-a-trial tries to determine whether confessions made by both accused should be admitted as evidence in court.
Car-tracking expert Michael du Preez has again taken the stand to map out the route police took when transporting the men.

Accused number two, Bongani Ntanzi, claims police detective Vusumuzi Mogane made several detours in the leadup to his confession.
He says when they stopped he was assaulted and tortured into signing a prepared confession statement.
He says the beatings started on 18 June at a dumping site near a petrol station in Alberton, south of Johannesburg and at another dumping site, they tied him to a steel pole and further assaulted him.

But a car-tracking report suggests otherwise.
The police's two-hour stop at the Moroka Police Station will again come under scrutiny, with Mogane expected back on the stand after Du Preez has concluded his evidence.
