CAPE TOWN - Alleged underworld boss Nafiz Modack and 14 others were back in the Western Cape High Court on Monday.
They face over 120 charges including the murder of anti-gang unit investigator Charl Kinnear, and the attempted murder of well-known Cape Town lawyer, William Booth.
The start of the trial has been delayed due to Modack and some of the accused not having lawyers.

All the accused are now represented except for former Anti-Gang Unit Police Officer, Ashley Tabisher, who chose to represent himself.
Kinnear was gunned down outside his home on 18 September 2020.
The case continues on Wednesday.
