JOHANNESBURG - Heavy storms hampered the search for missing people in the Jukskei River drowning tragedy on Monday.
Fourteen people were killed, and three are still missing in Sunday's flash flood.
Johannesburg Emergency Services is hoping for clear weather so the search can resume.
