MIDDELBURG - Judgment is expected in former Eskom CEO Matshela Koko's bid to have his fraud trial struck off the roll.
Koko, his wife and stepdaughters face graft charges in the Middelburg Commercial Crimes Court.
The case concerns a R2.2-billion Kusile power station contract.
Koko is alleged to have influenced the awarding of contracts.
It’s a little over a year since he and his family were arrested and charged.
But there’s been delays with taking the matter to trial.
Koko wants the charges dropped due to those delays.
