CAPE TOWN - It’s just a matter of time before Joshlin Smith (6) is found.
That’s according to Western Cape MEC for Community Safety and Police Oversight, Reagen Allen.
He says the search for the Saldanha Bay girl has been extended beyond the Western Cape.

Allen also rubbished claims that bloodied clothes found last week were Joshlin's.
The 6-year-old went missing from her home in an informal settlement in Middelpos, Saldanha Bay, on 19 February.
Joshlin Smith's mother, her boyfriend, a friend and an alleged traditional healer stood in the dock in connection with the six-year-old's disappearance this week.
The four have been charged with human trafficking and kidnapping.
